Account Verification (KYC)

Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players registering at cv9999 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; and a deposit of ৳14,000 or more will earn the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus will be forfeited.
5.3 General Conditions for Bonus Use
- A bonus offer may only be used once.
- Sharing bonuses between multiple accounts or family members is prohibited.
- cv9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Wagering contribution may vary by game.
- If bonus abuse is identified, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
5.4 VIP Program
The cv9999 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 0.4%, Silver offers 0.8% and Gold offers 1.2%. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular play.
Fair Play and Prohibition of Fraud
cv9999 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing using any form of hacking, bots or automated software.
